We have extensive experience of touring throughout France, and speak French.
The Eurostar high speed train from London St Pancras International takes just over two hours to Paris Gare du Nord with up to 19 departures per day. It's a long day, but it is possible to visit Paris for the day from London. We can have an English speaking French Driver Guide colleague to meet you from the train and take you on a sightseeing tour of the city.
Or we can offer extended tours throughout France, subject to a minimum of 4 days consecutive touring. We can meet you in Paris or wherever suits you to start your tour.

World War Two – Normandy landing beaches; round trip from England
Day 1: Leave London and visit Winston Churchill’s home at Chartwell before heading for Dover, nerve centre of the Dunkirk evacuation. Cross the English Channel through the “Chunnel” and stay overnight in France.
Day 2: drive to Normandy (perhaps via Dieppe, scene of the disastrous 1942 raid) and start your tour of the Landing Beaches.
Day 3: visit the main scenes of Operation Overlord – including Omaha Beach, the Pointe du Hoc and the US cemetery at St Laurent.
Day 4: drive via Sainte Mere Eglise and Utah Beach to Cherbourg to catch the fast ferry to Portsmouth. Either drive back to London or stay an extra night and visit Portsmouth and Wilton House on the 5th Day.
